Start your new year with an intentional retreat focused on releasing what you are ready to let go of, while bringing in and cultivating what inspires you for the new year. You will begin your retreat through purposeful practices of guided journaling, meditation and visualization. Next you will move into a warm hatha yoga practice, followed by a sound journey with elements of intentional touch (optional). After class, stay for community, healthy snacks, and ‘the cycle’ (ice baths/sauna), followed by rest in our heated red room or outside by the fire. You will leave feeling inspired, connected, and grounded.
