This class is YYoga’s signature hot style. An intelligent sequence of slow, held postures practiced in a 40c room with an emphasis on alignment, core stability, and breathwork. This class is suitable for all levels and is beginner friendly.

The perfect hot yoga class to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. This set sequence class, comprising of 2 breathing exercises and 26 postures, will leave you feeling reinvigorated.

A vibrant twist on the classic Hot Yoga 26+2 series, uniquely crafted for Orijin! Their dynamic classes blend traditional postures with innovative variations, creating a stimulating practice that challenges all levels. Orijin Hot is your path to strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

A fluid practice focusing on moving the body along with the breath. It combines power and flexibility with movement and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Poses are generally held for shorter periods of time.

Flow or Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes breath and movement as you smoothly transition from one pose to another quite like a dance. In this class you will see a lot of variety but expect movement. Re-energize your body and mind as you focus on the power of breathing and flowing movement through the poses. You will be sure to see Sun Salutations so be prepared to sweat as this class is a more physical style of yoga. Suitable for people of all fitness levels.

ZOOM Exclusive Yoga Class
Hillary goes live on Zoom every Sunday from 9:00am-10:00am PST with an exclusive yoga class for her friends and family.
Each class begins with a grounding meditation, words of wisdom and a mantra to carry through your practice. Suitable for all levels.
